$1 for 3 month promo

I am very disappointed that I paid $14 to get the $1 for a 3 month membership and I have only got premium for 1 month. This is basically stealing money. So I want to know where did my rest of my 2 months went and where $13 went to. This is what I was not expecting to happen from spotify very disappointed.
