10 hour limit not renewed almost 3 months

Hey,

When i try to listen something i always see  "you've exceeded your 10 hour time limit" message over 2 months. i tried everything, nothing is working. Web player gave same issue. So i can't listen. Help?

Are you in Turkey? If so, you get 60 hours a month free for 4 months then nothing. It's covered in the terms.

I saw it. It's pointless. It means Spotify not free and useless i think.

60 hours a month for 4 months is like 2 years on the old 10 hours a month.
