Why I can't use spotify over 14 days.
My Account country is HongKong

If your account is showing Hong Kong for country, then you shouldn't be limited to Spotify for 14 days. 14 days is only for accounts used abroad or while out of home country. Would you mind going to www.spotify.com/account/overview and posting back here what it shows for country? That should be in the top left.
Keep in mind that yoru billing and country listed should be the same, so check your billing details page as well.
