Hi, I am being charged $12.99 on my credit card yet when I log on to my phone or computer it says upgrade to premium? What am I being charged for?

You are being ripped off. I was too. For some absurd reason, if you sign up through iTunes you end up paying 12.99/month instead of 9.99 by signing up through Spotify's website. It's total nonsense and I'm really angry about it.
