12 months premium subscription not available anymore

Last year i stopped having my card billed monthly and went on an annual payment plan as all my payments are made through a business, and thus i am saving a good deal of money on this plan. 1 invoice, 1 item to put into accounting, instead of 12 tiny payments.

But now i cant seem to find this option anymore. And Spotify is planning to bill me monthly again. Why is this?

Has the 12 months option been removed? I see that one can buy gift cards and get 12 months now, but is there seriously not a way with a simple electronic transaction anymore?

They removed the annual option some time ago - it was probably causing too many complaints from folk who chose it by mistake. You can always buy a 12 month e-card and apply it to your account instead.
