2 Accounts but i cant use my real one !

So I have a premium Account that I had been using for a couple of months and when i tried to log into it with my email it took 
me too an account that I have never used before but the picture was of me so it was clear to me i had this through my facebook 
but i dont want this acount cause obivoulsy its not the one i pay  for but now i cant log into mine cause of the same damm Email!! as my facebook one and im getting charged even tho im not using it !!! Which is very upsetting and all i get are stupid un helpful links on your pages and i cant talk to a real person or get response so im very fraustraded

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases?

In them, they show your Spotify username:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

Yeah i tried looking for it but it was months ago so its been quite a dig . Im still looking now ! but this whole thing is getting really frustrating

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.
