Hello Spotify Community

 

I've been enjoying Spotify premium for a while now, but recently changed to Spotify Family.

 

Now, something strange happend here.

 

When I created my Spotify account, I used Facebook to do so, which did not use any e-mail adress.4689107f345959508779cd46854dcd02

A couple of months ago I deleted my Facebook account over the data scandal, anyway, as soon as my father invited me into the Spotify Family, I signed up using my primary e-mail adress, and I have the feeling it made a new account instead of using the one I was already using.

 

I believe this is due to removing my facebook but I'm unsure.

I am not able to log in to my old account anymore

I can only use my "new" account now, and I lost all of my playlists 😞

 

I hope this can be solved 🙂

You may see an option to chat with support instead of email.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
