2 Facebook links - 1 Account deleted

Hey guys (:

I used the Facebook login for my spotify account for a long time. Today I was at my friends house and linked his account to my Facebook Account because I wanted to search for a person.

Well .. Now everytime I login via Facebook I get logged into my friends account even if I canceled the link to my Facebook account. I can't reach my Account anymore which really sucks because I had so much music saved in it 😕

Is it possible to access my old Account (Facebook: Dominik Thdg) somehow again ?
