I've signed a 1 month contract and payd 14,90 BRL for it, i received the notification that i will receive a 2 month free trial, but when my payd month has ended my premium accout was blocked.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
