2 Premium charges in 1 month???

Hey everyone, 

 

I love music but am having a problem with Spotify. I signed up for the 30 day trial and used it up. Today is the 30th day so I decided to cancel it before I was charged. I then signed up again for premium for $4.99 (student discount), went through the process of apporval and it worked. BUT when I logged into my bank account two charges show up (4.99 and 9.99). My account was supposed to be only charged $4.99 today but $9.99 was also charged. Help me please lol

I have the same problem, only with a premium account. They charged me for two months when I just wanted one; I read the online help and it only says that maybe I hit the button twice when I made the payment via Paypal. Well I think that's not the case and I didn't want/need two months of premium, and I'd want my half of the money back, please. I think it's quite unfair not giving any options otherwise.
