2 SPOTIFY ACCOUNTS, OLD ONE USERNAME JUST A BUNCH OF NUMBERS

help me!!! so the other day i was on my spotify account, and then suddenly it just logged out, and then i couldn't log in. And yes i was coonected to facebook. Then i triede later, and then my playlists, followers and so on deleted! it was just a new account, and i really want my old one back. Now my old accounts username is just a bunch of numbers.

Normally this happens when a duplicate account exists, one with a spotify username / password and one with your facebook details.

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.
