2 accounts, 1 free & 1 premium, same email, reset password and it only opens free account.

I have had to log out of my premium account and can’t remember the pass-word so reset my pass-word and only the free account/playlists are available. Reset pass-word email only works for free account. Both the free and premium account are under the same email. I now can’t access the premium account. Was trying to pair my Spotify with my new Alexa Echo

Sorry to hear you’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out the FAQ page "Can I create multiple accounts?" here for more info.
