2 accounts, 1 with forgotten password mail

I have got 2 accounts, 1 with Facebook and 1 with an email where i've forgotten my passwords (the email password and the spotify password). The forra account si free, the second one is full, with payment with paypal. I would like to have only one account, by tranforming the free account in a full one, and by deleting the account that I don't remember the passwords. I'm writing, because I can't delete this one. What should I do?
If somebody could answer me in italian, it was better. But I don't know if there is only a community in english language. In this case.. Please answer me.

They'll help you merge both accounts. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
