2 accounts, can i copy playlists from one to another

2 accounts, can i copy playlists from one to another

Hi, If my Dad has two accounts and wants to use the one that is NOT currently the one specified in Premium, can he copy Playlists from the account he doesnt want on to the one with the e-mail address he does use? this could be confused by the fact that i believe the 'old' account logs in via Facebook. i think he may need to change the Facebook e-mail address possibly as well?

Hey @stevearscott, help's here.

If your dad has two accounts, he may be able to transfer his playlists from the one he doesn't want to use to the one with Premium. Make sure to check out the steps on this Spotify answer

If your dad can't access the old account through Facebook, let him try resetting his password with the email address registered on the Facebook profile, and then use the same email address and the new password to log in, without Facebook.

Regarding email change on a Facebook-created account, because of recent security updates, any changes made on a Facebook profile won't be reflected on the Spotify account if it's Facebook-created. Instead, you can get in touch with our support team and they should be able to help you out. You can find them here

Hope that helps 🙂
