2 accounts with the same email

Hey Spotify or anyone whose reading this when i made an account for both my phone and computer then gave a share link to try and link a playlist but instead i made 2 profiles, 2 different accounts with the same email and username and when i privated the playlist that was shared it made it so both accounts can't access the same playlist. Now i can't do anything about it.
