hi i have 2 accounts, one is a free account and the other i have paid for premium. i though the premium account was set up to my email address but it logs me into the free account, i dont have access to another email so i have no way of getting into the premuim account to even cancel, i sent an email with both user id's to customer services but the response was to come here? i dont see how the community can help with this but ill follow there advice. thanks for reading

Don't worry, our Accounts team can help you merge the accounts and recover access. You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username.
