I have 2 spotify accounts (not sure how?) but funds are being deducted from my bank for a spotify account that I can't log into and when I request new passwords sent to my email it is not for the premium account I'm paying for.

Long story short - I can only log into one account that is Spotify free, meanwhile my original account with many playlists saved and for which I'm paying seems to be gone forever!!! 

What do I do and how can I find out the other account user name?  I don't want to keep paying but can't even unsubscribe as I can't get into this old account?

Having 2 accounts can be confusing. You can get in touch with Spotify through their Contact form and request to consolidate your accounts. They can also help you on logging in to your Premium account 🙂
