I’ve got 2 payments of Spotify coming out every month and it’s really bugging me! I have one Spotify account which I use regularly and the other one I’m still being charged 10£ a month and I can’t find the account at all whatsoever, I don’t know the email or username or anything! What do i do please help!

I'm not glad to hear that you are having trouble.

 

When you successfully upgrade to Spotify Premium, you receive a confirmation email. Check all your emails and spam folders for a confirmation email. If you see two confirmation emails then log in with that username on the email. If its a ten digit number, use the log in with facebook tab.
