Hi. My family subscriptions failed because my credit card was cancelled. I log in with my email and fixed new subscriptions, but realized it was a new user name?? I cancelled the subscription and open my other user an started my family subscriptions here!! The problem now is that I am paying for 2 subscriptions. Is this possible to fix??
