2 problems, how to disconnect an unknown unit and why does music start playing automatically?

Hey,

I have 2 problems.

1. There is a unit connected to my account that I have know idea of who or what it is and I would like to disconnect it, how do I do? (it is called "Spotiamb 0.2.1".)

2. Music starts playing suddenly and automatically without me doing anything, why is it that?

Hi @jenniferkananke,

Here's how:

- Log into your account on our website.
- Click Offline devices.
- Click REMOVE to reset an individual device or REMOVE ALL DEVICES to reset all offline devices on your account.

The second problem is probably because of the first one 🙂
