2017 playlist messed up because some idiot hacked my account

Dear Spotify crew. My account was hacked for a while and I never heard of this Alrima artist in my life, I don't even know which genre this idiot sings, yet, his song was the most heard of the entire year and he was the most listened to artist of the year. I make daily use of Spotify and it's mostly rock and metal and it also messed up my recommendations. Is there anything I can do to remove this p.o.s. music from my records? This is ridiculous. I'll probably make an entire new account if I can't solve it.
