My Question or Issue

 

Spotify Wrapped will not load for me.  I just get the following message:

 

Hmmmmm. Something's not working, so sorry about that. We'll work on it and please try again soon.

 

Has anyone else seen this and come up with a trick to get it to actually load?  I've tried multiple browsers.

I have the same issue, haven't figured out a fix yet.

 

i think its with certain accounts. I tried this on different phones, browsers, and even computers. it still says the same thing across all platforms for me.

If the Wrapped 2018 page does not load, could you try to open the page in an incognito browsing session? If that does not help, send us over a screenshot of the page.

 

If it's the Your Top Songs 2018 playlist that does not load, try to reinstall the app which you can do with these instructions.

I had the same problem for couple of days but then one day i tried again and it worked. Maybe its just because your spotify wrapped isnt ready yet however im not entirely sure.

This should be now fixed.

 

If however, you're still having troubles, first make sure of the following:

  • Try with another browser/device/network
  • Try in an incognito window
  • Clear browser cache and cookies of your browser
  • Restart your device

You'll also need to make sure that you're accessing the right Spotify account when you go through the Wrapped activation flow again.
