2nd time: Spotify didnt cancelled my premium account after a second try

Another time spotify ignored my cancel request from premium service.

On march i decided to cancel my premium subscription. It didnt work.

"Ok. no problem"...i said and then i cancelled again my premium subscription...

Well, today i have seen a new receipt of spotify premium account in my bank account.

Or your billing system doesnt work very well....or you are cheating us....

I have cancelled my premium subscription ( for third time ) today again...

 

Please refund the last two months and cancel ( definetely ) my premium subscription.

 

 

Good music service, very poor client service.

Hey @soutdomains,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
