3 Month Trial Ended Early

3 Month Trial Ended Early

I bought the 3-month Premium trial for $0.99 in early May. I went onto Spotify yesterday and noticed that my account was set back to Free, 1.5 months early. Is there any reason why this is happening? I emailed customer support but I was counting on having Premium this Friday so I don't know if it will be resolved by then.

Have you received your case number from support?

Yes, I did get a case number: 03170086. I responded back to the email as you suggested so hopefully we can get everything resolved soon. Thanks for the tip!
