Hello there,

 

Last month, I accepted an offer: 3 months Spotify for € 9.99. Now it's the second month and all off the sudden I'm not a Premium member anymore. What went wrong and can you fix it?

 

I will be grateful for any help you can provide.

I think it was with iDEAL.

Please get in touch with Spotify Support, they should be able to look into this for you 🙂
