3 Months Trial for 0.99 not working

I try to buy the Premium offer for 3 months for 0.99. I want to buy it with PayPal but after i logged in with my email and want to pay it just redirects me to the last site again. I tired contacting Spotify on Twitter and their Customer Service but they couldnt help me so im looking fot some help here because i want to get that darn Premuim...

I'm from Brazil and same thing has been happening to me. Either way I try to pay I get the message: "It seems you've already signed up for free days or had gotten a disccount" (something like that) . I've been trying for days now. It sucks and it sucks even more that there's no way to contact them and try to solve it.

@manubittencourt Hello and welcome in the community! If you have previously had Premium in your account (even if it was a trial) then you are not eligible for that discount.

Let's try to solve this 🙂 Can you try again from another browser or clearing the cache in your current one? Also, if you've got an automated reply from after using the contact form, try to reply to it, even though it's a noreply.

Tried both didnt work. Used a diffrent PC where the offer was bought (3 Months) didnt work to aswell. My brothter wanted to buy it for me since he bought it for himself. We tried my PC and his. None of them worked 😞

@captainbatu20 - Hello again and sorry for the delay! Using the same payment method that your brother already has used to get the trial, won't work. You should try using another payment method to get the offer.
