3 devices limit

3 devices limit

I had 3 devices synchronized for Offline availability and I got a notification on my phone that I have "over 3 devices" and it will be revoked on my phone (it was 3rd device). I deleted one of devices in account options (leaving me with 2 devices synchronized) and on the next day I got same notification on my phone (now 2nd device). Why? Also how to stop it from happening, because I'd really like to have my music available offline.

Indeed, this sounds weird! I would suggest you to get in touch with Spotify, so they can check out if something is going wrong at the back-end of your account.

You may get in touch with Spotify via their Twitter page (@SpotifyCares), or by following this link to send an e-mail.
If you send an e-mail, please check your inbox (and spam box) to check for their automatic reply. Once you get it, please reply to it immediatly (even if it's from an no-reply e-mail addres) to make sure an Spotify employee will get back to you as soon as possible.

Spotify aims to reply within 24 hours.
