I recommend taking a look at this page: https://www.spotify.com/account/offline-devices/
It'll show you all offline devices and hopefully you can remove the ones you don't use anymore.

Ok, but they still delete my album, this notification should be warning if i try to login i'm gonna lost what i've just downloaded not force delete like this
I’m having a similar issue on a second device. The second device (iPad) keep getting the max devices notification, however when I go to the URL you suggested it shows only one device (iPhone).
I have the same problem. I only use it on one device, but it still sais I can't download because I already using it on three devices.
