3 month free trial not activated

My Question or Issue

Yesterday (2 October 2019) I successfully ended up getting student premium and it says ur plan expires on 2 November 2019..

But before availing student premium pack its mentioned that u would be awarded 3 month free trial (premium).. So when would my 3 month trial activates...

Hey @masterashwani 

If you accepted the 3-month free premium before your student account, then your account will automatically start the free 3-month premium. Once the 3 months is over and your account is still registered as a student account, then it will revert back to your normal charge for your student account. 

However, if you had previously used a promotion for your account, then your account isn't eligible for the free 3-month premium.
