3 month premium only got 1 month

I bought 3 months premium as they says in the ad but when i check when it runs out, it says that I only have 1 month!!??

The deal is only for those who haven't had premium before or atleast that is what they told me when i had the same problem.

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you purchased Spotify Premium with a gift card?

And keep in mind this offer is only for new customers.

I have the same problem. The 3 months 0,99€ offer is only avaible for members who have never been premium, the offer for who have been premium users is for 9,99 € (at least in Spain). The error affect this offer, I've paid 9,99 € for 3 months and the bill says that the subscription is for 1 month.

I asked spotify about the 9,99 € deal and they said that because i had taken a similar deal in december i couldn't take this one. So maybe you have done the same?
