I purchased 3 month subscription for 0.99. And it saying that on June 9 i need to pay 6.99 for it, as i understand?

Looks like you're a bit confused! It says "9/6/17" Which is September 6th, not June 9th 🙂

You'll be charged the normal rate 3 months from now, when the 0.99 promotion expires.

Yes, you understood it right. You are receiving 3 months for free and after these three months you are charged by regular fee.
