Hello 

Just open a 3 month spotify trial account a month ago for 99 cent in BC Canada through my facebook account but can not fine that account but I know my username for that account and I have a online email receipe any help be much appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community about this.

Just a tiny addition to what @OneByBoo already advised - make sure you're logged in to your Facebook-account on the device you're using, open Spotify and click on the big blue button LOGIN WITH FACEBOOK. Since you created your account through Facebook, this is the easiest way to log in. 

You can also get the e-mail-address, on which you received the Spotify receipt, and put it in the Reset Password form. Then you'll receive an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password in order to log in.
