3 months Premium Account promotion

Hello,

I'd like to take advantage of 3 months Premium Account promotion for 19,99 PLN which is displaying in my Spotify Desktop player. When I click the banner I'm redirected to web page with similar banner, I click on it and I'm on payment choice page. I see CC/PayPal/DotPay/PaySafeGuard options. I don't have CC and I prefer bank transfer option so I choose DotPay. When I choose this option I'm shown dialog saying:

Wybierz inną opcję płatności.

which basically means: Are you sure you want this payment method? Bank transfer is a one time payment. Option chosen requires periodical payment (so why DotPay was listed in first place?). Options: Do you want to continue with bank transfer? Or choose other payment method.

I choose to continue of course, I don't have CC and I wanted to use DotPay for bank transfer from the very beginning!

Now I see offer page again asking to choose:

19,99 PLN for 1 month

59,9 PLN for 3 months

etc.

**bleep**? I was offered 3 months Premium for 19,99 PLN and now I'm covertly navigated to 3 times worse offer. Don't like it.

Please sort it out.

Hey @martinesss1,

I believe that you cannot claim the offer if you use "DotPay" because it is an one-time-payment method. You can only claim the offer using one of the other (recurring) payment methods.
