3 months for £9.99?

3 months for £9.99?

Hi,
I downsized my out goings before Christmas and cancelled my subscription but I got a "comeback" email from Spotify offering 3 months premium for £9.99 .
I clicked to accept and it offered to add to my phone bill which I also clicked on.
I completed the process but I have not received any correspondence from Spotify and my account still shows as FREE .
Any suggestions?

Hi there, I suggest you to contact Spotify staff on Twitter at @spotifycares or Facebook Spotify official page. They will help you with that problem.
