i just signed up for the premium service for .99 for 3 months. it thanked me for going premium and to enjoy. But when i check my spotify account it tells me i will be billed 5/29/15 (which is today) for 9.99. WHY? what about my 3 months for .99??
i just sent the above to spotify to get help. What is going on? thx.

If you've previously had premium to any extent then you don't qualify for the offer and it will charge you the full amount. If you believe that is in error, you'd want to contact support, which it sounds like, is what you've already done. If you get an automated reply telling you to come to these forums, make sure to reply to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
That happened to me as well. I've never used any trial on Spotify before.

I have the same problem. I signed up today and supposedly my subscription expired today.
I cancelled my subscription to premium due to the support page is "sleeping".
Yeahh, it seems that was my fault, I broke that link. This one works.
