3 months for 99p, billed two months into it?

Hey guys, so I purchased 3 months of spotify premium for 99p back in late January and I've just noticed a bill for £12.99 two months into it.

Can anyone tell me what that's about and how I can get my money back? Thanks!

It sounds like you subscribed to premium through the iPhone or iPad app. Is this correct? The offer was only valid if you subscribed through the Spotify website. It costs 12.99 rather than 9.99 because Apple charges a convenience fee for subscribing inside of the app. Spotify will not be able to refund these charges if you contact them because the payment was through Apple.

To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.

Information on how to do this can be found here:

Let me know if you have trouble, or if this information doesn't sound correct.
