3 months for 99p payment options not working

I'm trying to get the 3 months for 99p, but the credit card page doesn't show anything and after going through PayPal login, confirmation and aparrent payment, I'm landed back on the "how would you like to pay?" Spotify page and no payment shows in my PayPal account.

This has happened on two computers, two browssers, a phone and on three different networks.
