“3 months for 99p" false advertising

I received an email from Spotify offering 3 months premium for just 99p, yet when I bought this “offer" I was charged the full £9.99, so I cancelled the subscription straight away and emailed Spotify, to which I have had no response even after emailing a second time. Have tried for a full refund and to be put back to the free subscription but no joy as they have not bothered getting back to me at all regarding the issue.

Did you read the 'fine print'? Did you qualify for this deal? Were you, for example, subscribed to premirum before? If so then this offer does not apply to you

I wasn't subscribed to premium before I joined using the “offer". I have finally been emailed back regarding the issue thankfully!

I have also took that offer today. The problem is that in the adv it sais 3 months. However, my premium suscription with this offer is until august (15/8/16), just 2 months from today (15/6/16). Why does it happen this?

Please can you explain the offer because what I received is an email saying 0,99€ each month for 3 months and after 9,99€ a month and when I want to confirm and get the offer my surprise is that the amount to be paid is not at all 0,99€ a month but 3,33€ a month. I want the offer you sent me in the email which is 0,99€ a month.

Por favor me explica la oferta? Porque recibo un email que la oferta es de 0,99€ al mes durante 3 meses y cuando la quiero confirma resulta que han MENTIDO y que la cuantía a pagar es de 3,33 al mes durante 2 meses.

Yo quiero la oferta que me han ofrecido de 0,99€.
