Hi
My friend sent me a link to try out spotify for the first time. I tried the link and installed the app. I have error messages inc. gate error something has went terribly wrong etc... Anyway ... Next thing I know, I have a email from iTunes saying that I have subscribed to the premium package at £12.99 a month.
I wanted to trial spotify first. I don't remember a confirmation message before the purchase?? What went wrong??? Thanks!

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on:

It looks like you have accidentally subscribed to Spotify from iTunes


To cancel your subscription, you need to cancel it from iTunes. Your subscription is being handled by Apple.
