i clicked to pay 99p for 3 months as part of your deal although last month i was still charged £9.99 why is this can it pleased be sorted asap!!!

That offer was available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).

Also, It's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment method that's already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.
