If I subscribe to the Premium account and add one family member (10.49EUR/month) will I still enjoy the 3 months for 0,99 EUR campaign?
How much will I pay in the first 3 months? Is this subscription even possible?

The 3 months offer cannot be combined with the Family Plan.
If you sign up for the offer, you would have to wait until your offer is over, before signing up for the family plan.
