3 months premium offer does not work

Hello. 

So I have bought the premium offer for 0,99c for 3 months on june 15th but It does not work on my phone. 

I bought It on my iPad. 

When I am connected from the web, my account says that I have a premium account but on my phone, It is a free account. 

Someone could help me ?

Hey @Hachikoaeg!

It's possible that you have more than one account and have logged in to the wrong account. If your account was created through Facebook, you should be able to get in with the "Log in with Facebook" button.

If it wasn't created through Facebook, try logging in with the username and password. Make sure you're not entering your full email address.
