That's wierd, since everyone that has never subscribed to Premium, and anyone who has never taken a one-month free trial of Premium is eligible.

That offer was available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).

Also, it's not possible to get one of the offers with a payment method that's already been used to purchase a subscription or another offer before.

this offer is only for holidays. you can get it only in summer and in winter holidays.
