3 months trial

Hi,

Just get Premium Duo with 3 months trial, but the next billing date is 9/30/20. Why?

Can you log in here and go to the receipts? There you can see the type of subscription you have.

If you have subscribed to Premium and then upgraded to Premium Duo, the payment date will be pushed forward. This is to be expected, because of the different prices for the Premium Individual and Premium Duo.

I subscribed to Premium (not Duo) by mistake and at the same time change it to Duo.

Thanks for getting back to us.

In case you subscribed for our regular Premium trial offer and then immediately switched to Premium Duo, the price difference between the two plans will affect the duration of the trial period.

Your next billing date is moved forward due to the Duo price being higher than the regular Premium one. In such a case, the next payment will be on September 30th.
