Hi Spotify ! Just want to ask kung bakit ganto . Kasi nag subscribe na ako sa 7 day free trial . Ayos naman sya . Then may 30 day free trial and I want to try it too . So yun pinindot ko sya and ang payment methods are thru, credit cards, mobile phone thru Smart and Globe and Banks like BDO and BPI . So wala naman Kasi akong credit card eh . I'm just like 15 friggin' years old . So ayun thru mobile nalang pinili ko . So I choose Smart then I put my number there and click continue and it said there na may sinend daw sila na PIN for me to put para ma activate yung account ko . So naka receive mga ako and I put it there but it said PIN IS INVALID . I tried it again and I know that the PIN I put there is really correct . But it still said the same thing . Tapos I receive a message again from Smart saying na I allowed Spotify to charge against airtime . Bakit ganon po ? Hope you'll answer me right away . Loveee lots ! 😘

Hope you don't mind the reply in English. If you're trying to activate your subscription through your mobile provider Smart, you'd need to contact them directly.

 

They should be able to help you activate your Premium service.
