Hi All,

 

I signed up for a 30-day trial and got charged immediately. I was wondering if this is normal and if this has been applied to my account.

i've signed up for the trial before! 

It shouldnt charge your credit card immediately. I suggest you talk to the agent on Spotify.com! They are great help!

1) press the link above

2) press the green word 'contact us'

3 ) search for a category - in your case is subscription 

4) go under trial/promotion ( if those options isnt what you want)

5) click into ' i still need help ' 

6) fill in your name and your issue

7) and then they will transfer you to an agent 

 

Is free of charge, and i swear they are the kindest and the most helpful soul in the world!
