30 day free trial - Only getting 7 days

30 day free trial - Only getting 7 days

I downloaded the iphone Spotify app for the free 7 day trial, and then received an email asking if I wanted to extend the trial to 30 days. I did and gave my Paypal details for billing at the end of the 30 days.

 

However, in my account it says I will be billed $11.99 on 14 January 2015. This is 7 days after I signed up, not 30 days.

 

Any thoughts on how this might be fixed up? Thanks in advance.

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account and help you with this:

If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I've just taken a look and can see you now have the 30 day trial on your account.

 

 

Thanks again for the reply, I was contacted by customer service who said the same thing.

 

It's just a bit confusing where my account still says I will be billed at the end of the 7-day period.
