30-day free trial not working

Hello, I "bought" the 30-day trial of Spotify Premium a month ago and already paid the 10€ for the next month, but for some reason my premium is gone now, any ideas why the 30 "free" trial-days weren't added?

Hi @zenderix,

when you get the 30-day free trial, you should wait until it ends and then start paying for the Premium Account. Once you start paying, the free trial is over, even if the 30-day period hasn't ended.
