30-day trial but credit card charged

I wanted to try out the free 30 day trial of premium service but when I put in my credit card information, it had gotten charged!  No where on my account does it say I am on the 30-day trial. 

Would I be able to get a refund? All I wanted was a 30-day trial. Any solutions?
