30 day trial overlaps my prepaid premium period

Hi

This morning I received an email that my 6 month prepaid premium was about to expire in a week. So I decided to get a monthly subscription this time, with the 30 day trial. The problem is that it says that I will get charged on September 26, which means that I will lose a whole week of my free 30 days. I anticipated this might happen, but as it was written that you could "top off" your prepaid account, I hoped the same protection against overlapping would take place if I subscribed... But apparently not (?).

Hey there, it's not possible on our system to have two simultaneous payment methods running on the same account. It seems you've created a new account via Facebook in addition to the one with your gift-card Premium time on.

I'd recommend logging in via Facebook and cancelling that trial and only using the account you access with your username (not email address).
